It is in the family that all of us learn what it means to love and be loved, to forgive, and how to maintain relationships over time. The family is called to welcome others, in particular children, and to care for those in need. When you’re parenting, life can be swamped with endless errands, overtime work, and precious little sleep. It’s tempting to want to give up in those moments. Take each task as it comes, simplify what you can, and remember: you and your spouse are a team!
